Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Service Provider: Lunch In A Box Company.
• Customer: Any individual or entity placing an order or subscription.
• Subscription: A prepaid meal service based on a selected package, number of meals, and agreed duration.
• Application / Platform: Any Lunch In A Box website, mobile app, WhatsApp, phone order, or integrated ordering system.

2. Legal Capacity & Acceptance

By placing an order or subscription, the Customer confirms that they have full legal capacity and authority under the laws and Sharia principles of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enter into binding agreements.

Completion of any order or payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Subscription Terms

The Customer must select the package type, number of meals, duration, and delivery preferences before payment.

Subscriptions are valid only for the agreed period and are subject to meal credit expiry rules.

Unused meals after expiry are forfeited and are not refundable.

4. Order Responsibility

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure all order details are accurate, including:

• Delivery date and time
• Delivery location
• Contact person and phone number
• Selected food items and quantities

Lunch In A Box Company prepares and delivers strictly based on the information provided. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer information.

5. Food Packaging

All catering is delivered in food-grade, hygienic, and environmentally friendly disposable packaging. Some corporate or buffet orders may include reusable containers, which must be returned if applicable.

6. Delivery Days, Times & Area

Delivery windows:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Midday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Deliveries are available within Riyadh, within a 15 km radius from Al-Mohammadiyah district.

7. Delivery Timing & Responsibility

Deliveries may arrive up to 30 minutes earlier for route efficiency and food quality. The Customer must ensure availability to receive the order. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, inaccessible locations, or customer unavailability may incur re-delivery charges.

8. Order Cut-Off

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day and next-day orders are not accepted.

9. Pricing & VAT

All prices are subject to 15% VAT as required by Saudi law. VAT will be clearly shown at checkout and on invoices. Lunch In A Box Company reserves the right to update prices without prior notice.

10. Payment & Confirmation

Accepted payment methods:

• Mada
• Apple Pay
• Credit Card

All orders must be paid in full before preparation. Order confirmation sent by email or WhatsApp is the final official record. Customers must review and report errors immediately.

12. Meal Credits, Expiry & Forfeiture

Meal credits expire on the stated expiry date. Unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless approved in writing.

13. VIP & Corporate Packages

VIP and corporate packages are linked to verified company accounts. Packages are non-transferable without written approval. Misuse or unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination.

14. Automatic Redemption Rules

When multiple packages are active:

• The system automatically uses the package expiring soonest.
• Customers cannot choose which package is used.
• This ensures optimal use before expiration.

15. Food Safety, Allergens & Customer Acknowledgment

Lunch In A Box Company complies with applicable Saudi food safety regulations. Customers must disclose any food allergies or health requirements before ordering. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens, and cross-contamination may occur. We cannot guarantee allergen-free items.

By ordering, the Customer:

• Confirms review of ingredients and allergens
• Accepts responsibility for food selection
• Acknowledges that Lunch In A Box Company is not liable for allergic reactions

For severe allergies, customers are advised to arrange their own meals.

16. Limitation of Liability

Lunch In A Box Company is not responsible for:

• Food left unattended
• Incorrect address or contact details
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or access issues
• Allergic reactions where allergens were disclosed

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

17. Force Majeure

Lunch In A Box Company shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, technical failures, or public health emergencies.

18. Right to Modify Terms

Lunch In A Box Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
